  • The biggest things to worn on are explosive strength and balance.  Think of ways to incorporate strength and balance exercises into everyday things, like balancing on one foot while putting your shoes and socks on, or taking stairs 2 steps at a time.

  • To help get our athletes's mind and bodies prepare for the season, we've provided a link to a great conditioning workout, including video examples, developed by 2x Olympian and World Championship medalist Doug Lewis.  We will have the opportunity again this year to ski with him at Oak in January!
